We are exhibiting at the SmartCity Summit and Expo in Taipei, Taiwan
We are presenting the CH4SCOUT project at the 2025 SmartCity Summit and Expo in Taipei, Taiwan, taking place between 18–22 March 2025. CH4SCOUT is a research and innovation initiative that pioneers next-generation methane monitoring using drone-based sensor measurements and advanced 3D visualization tools. Our project aims to provide highly accurate, real-time methane mapping to support environmental management and informed policy decisions. At SCSE, we are showcasing how our technology transforms the way municipalities and smart cities identify, monitor, and mitigate methane emissions.
As methane pollution becomes one of the most pressing environmental challenges of our time, the need for reliable and scalable monitoring solutions continues to grow. By capturing precise data on methane concentration and its movement in urban and industrial environments, we support global efforts to protect the environment, enhance air quality, and advance climate-friendly innovation. Accurate measurement is a crucial step toward meaningful action, and CH4SCOUT is designed to bridge this gap.
The primary beneficiaries of CH4SCOUT are municipalities, regional authorities, and smart-city operators. With our drone-based measurements and 3D visual analytics, city leaders gain a clear and actionable overview of methane emissions across their territories. This allows mayors and decision-makers to strengthen oversight of industrial facilities, identify high-risk locations, and introduce effective mitigation strategies. CH4SCOUT empowers local governments with transparent data, supporting environmentally responsible urban development.
